What is a pre-existing condition?

Follow

A pre-existing condition is a health issue that occurs before coverage begins or within a waiting period. This includes conditions that have not been formally diagnosed or aren't currently being treated but are symptomatic. However, with our coverage, a pre-existing condition can be re-eligible for coverage once it has been cured, treatment-free, and symptom-free for 180 days.
