If you haven't received your scheduled monthly delivery of food, supplements or prevention medications, log into your account to make sure your payment information is accurate and up to date. If you need to make any edits to the credit card on file, please do that and then contact our customer care team by calling 833-959-0007 or email us at help@petassistant.com.

If payment information is up to date, we'll help track down your delivery as quickly as possible.
