How do I update information about my pet?

It is important to make sure the information that we have about your pet is current. If there are any changes such as their current weight, new issues or concerns, or a correction to your pet's date of birth, please log into your Member Portal and navigate to the My Pet icon on the left panel. Click on it to make any updates or report new concerns.
